We also filed our I-485 October 3, 2016. We received our EAD cards December and until now our I-485s are still in "Fingerprinting Fee Received" status. Our papers are being processed in Nebraska office. I have a friend who filed October 2016 also in Texas Service Center and their I-485s were approved just this week.

What is your service center? I hope we will get approved soon.

I noticed that your friend filed in Houston in October.., pls give me that dates as I filed in Houston on the 23rd October and my letter for Biometrices is dated on November 3rd..

Will appreciate if you can give me your friends timeline so I can compare it with mine..

Hello,

I believe they filed their I-485 October 9, 2016. They did their biometrics week of October 30, 2016. Their EADs were approved first week of February. Their i-485 got approved February 8.

Since October 14th, for the form I-130 "On October 14, 2016, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative" blah-blah. "If we accept your case, you will receive a receipt notice. If we reject your case, we will send you an explanation with instructions." OMG, it's getting annoying and worrying me so much. Over 4 month already- will they ever change anything there? I'm not talking about I-485, I guess it will take them another 5 month to update it... Anyone with any good news for immediate relatives from October?

Honesty i cant stand with houston anymore, the wait time is really out of hand, i hate it, people in other states got ther interview within 4 months, houston takes at least 11 months, its so funny, so **** funny
