When I was 17 I smoked **** once. One month after I turned 18 I smoked twice and have not smoked since. I am currently 23 years old. On form I-485 it asks if I "knowingly committed any crime of moral turpitude or a drug-related offense for which you have not be arrested". Overall I only smoked 3 times and it was more of an experimental phase. Anyone know the chances of my application getting denied?

Do you have any drug related offenses? If you're saying you only experimented, but never had contact with the law over it, then you are fine.Marriage-based AOS- CHICAGO Concurrent filing
