I have applied for I140 and I485 concurrent processing on 18-JAN-2004.
Got EAD and advance parole valid till 09-MAY-05 in Jun-04.
But I had to come back to India in Nov-04 and I have been India since then.
In the mean time EAD / AP expired and I140 was approved in Sep-05.
Now my question is.
Can I come back to US on H1 through the same company, reuse the I140 and directly apply for I485?
What would be my best options here?
