Ready for Interview July 28, 2016. STILL WAITING..
That's what I've been seeing on my case status online for the past 6 months.
As of July 28, 2016, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY , for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice.
Do you guys have any idea why does it take them so long to schedule my interview? Haven't heard from them at all. The case processing dates on their website (National Benefits Center) says that as of Dec 30, 2016, they were processing cases of July 28, 2016. But that was two months ago!!!
