Hello!
USCIS received my package on Jan.17th 2017. I got the yellow letter sent on feb.10th, requesting initial evidence.
My husband's tax return for 2015 apparently doesnt meet 125% above the poverty line, and at the time of mailing the package that was the latest tax return (even tho we werent living together that year).
however, since he got all his w2 by now and filled for tax return for 2016 (in which year he made enough to cover 125% of poverty line), do you think we should send those w2?
I have mailed I 864EZ, since only income he/we have is through his job.
USCIS asked for all w2 and if those dont meet the criteria, to file I864 with a joint sponsor.
