  • ETA to get biometrics appointment

My EB-1-based I-485/I-131/I-765 was filed at Texas lock box (arrived Jan 11th) and sent to Nebraska Service center. The e-notifications for all I-485/I-131/I-765 were sent January 26th, and I'm still waiting for a biometrics letter. Can anyone confirm information for biometrics appointments near that date? It will be 30 days from the e-notifications in 3 days, and I understand the letter should come within 30 days.

    We are ready to go!

Mine and my family's were fairly quick, a few days after the notice arrived. Have you, or your lawyers paid the fingerprint fee yet??

    Regards

Yes, the fingerprint fee was paid around the 26th when the e-notifications were sent.

We received the 797 letters a few days after the e-notification on Jan 26th. Are you saying the biometrics appointment letter usually comes 14 to 30 days after the 797 notices are sent? We are now about 26 days from the date when we received the 797 notice letters.
