Is anybody in situation where you have employer based GC pending and then filed family based GC.
here's my timeline because i have notice for interview on my EB3 case and my priority date is not current, its confusing because i have RFE on my family based GC.
2007 - EB3 India pending - priority date not current
12/21/2016 - IR spouse GC ( I-130/I-485 filed) used same A# from EB3 GC - did not file for AP or EAD
1/20/2017 - RFE for I-864 (additional documents required) (Family Based GC is at NBC center)
1/31/2017 - EB3 case transferred from Texas center to NBC
2/22/2017 - Notice for initial interview for EB3-485 application
Any suggestions why they called in for interview when EB3 priority date is not current.
