Green Card Concurrent Filing Packet Checklists

Hello Everyone, on some of the posts in the December Filers thread a checklist of documents for concurrent filing is included (I am not sure if there is already a thread for this). I have found this very helpful and was motivated to create a thread for everyone to post how they organized there concurrent filing. Thanks for everyones input and I hope this helps others as well.
