Forgot Biometrics Fee while sending I-485, I-130 & I-765... Help?

Hello,

I just sent my package and it was delivered at the p.o box on monday... I just now realized I sent 2 money orders with the total amounting to $1140, and not $1225, which includes the biometrics fee. The I-130 fee is correctly $535...

I know my paperwork is correct, the only thing missing is the Biometrics Fee... I am filing because I am married to a USC citizen, and Im under the VWP.

Has anybody had this happen to them? Should I call USCIS and get my paperwork withdrawed? Should I wait? Will they reject my petition? Will I be able to pay the Biometrics Fee seperately?

I feel terribly stupid and sick to my stomach not knowing what could happen... Can anyone give me peace of mind or advice?

time you submit your petition. If you are later notified that you must submit biometrics, you will receive a biometric
services appointment notice with instructions on how to submit the additional biometric services fee. If you file this

I pulled this from the instructions on the form I-130. I think you may actually be okay! You'll have to wait and see, but have faith - I think you'll be just fine.

Can you please tell me what happened to your application?
Did they return everything or just asked for the biometric fee?

Hi there, I made the same mistake filing August 29th 2017 and my application was rejected. Indeed, while the I-130 does not require the biometric fee, the i-485 requires it, so that you do have to send a check for $1225 when you file jointly.
