AOS for Same-Sex married couple

Hello everyone!
I would like to share my story and hear from others who are in the same boat.

I am here in the USA on F1 visa for almost 10 years. I married (Same sex marriage) to my husband in Chicago cook county marriage court. My spouse is a naturalized US citizen.
We hired a lawyer to help us with our applications.

Following are the dates of activities

January 17, 2017 - Document sent (Fedex)
January 24, 2017- Received mail notification
February 2, 2017- Received mail for Biometric record appointment
February 15, 2017- Biometric done at Detroit Michigan office.

I will keep posted with any updates.

5/06/16 Receipt letters.
5/13/16 Biometric notice.
5/25/16 Biometrics done.
6/13/16 485 Schedule for Interview.
6/14/16 Interview scheduled for July 19.
7/19/16 Interview done. Approved on the spot.
7/19/16 when I got home case in computer said "document being produced"
7/25/16 Green card received by mail.

Haven't received any notifications online or by mail.
I think they forgot to open my documents or smt, cause the 17th was a Friday and next Monday was holiday.

I am super sad, this is making my life so much harder and right now there is nothing I can really do about it.

Haven't received any notifications online or by mail.
I think they forgot to open my documents or smt, cause the 17th was a Friday and next Monday was holiday.

I am super sad, this is making my life so much harder and right now there is nothing I can really do about it.

December 23, 2016 - Packet received as per FedEx
January 11, 2017 - Received Notification of Acceptance - Text & Email
January 21, 2017 - Received I-797C for I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765
January 27, 2017 - Received I-797C for Biometrics Schedule
February 8, 2017 - Biometrics Done

No updates after that.
It'll be 75th day on March 8 and we will call them about the EAD/AP.

Divorced and Remarried while waiting for Green Card.............. I need help.

Dear folks,
I have been on this journey since 2015. My Priority date is 12/15/15. I had my interview April 21, 2016, and since then no information other than that my case is still being reviewed. My wife sued for divorce ( irreconcilable Difference), and we got divorced December, 2016. My EAD expired and i apply for renewal which is in progress. my travel docs are approved. While still waiting for GC, I remarried this week to another US citizen.

This where i need Advice and help.
1. Do I write to the USCIS to stop the other process, or Just apply on a different pedestal.
2. Must i use a lawyer? My marriage has always been for real but my wife leaves with mum for work proximity, and i don't have a good income for now.

Pls, sincerely advice me generally.
