February 2017 Submission - Concurrent (I130, I485, I765)

USCIS Priority Date: Feb 10th
Received i-797C Notice of Action: Feb 21st

Have not received any correspondence since Feb 21st. I have attempted to utilize my receipt numbers to look up the case on the USCIS website and via phone and the automated service says invalid. Is this normal? I'm getting concerned.

"RNR2010 Check with USCIS about your Biometrics, my PD is 16th Feb and my Biometrics is scheduled on 24th March. I got my update only when i called them. I hope yours should be around 20th March if we look at the dates, Good luck and call them."

I think my lawyer sent the package 2/27/17 and the checked was cashed in 3/8/17.

I also called them but couldn't not get hold of an agent to talk since the Receipt number was saying not in the system. This is the number I called 800-375-5283. Are there any number to call or should I call the center in the State where it was applied? In this cas is in Texas.

Checks cashed: 3/3 (USPS received date 2/24 (to Chicago IL)
Text & email notifications: None
Received mailed NOA for delivery: None (yet)

I'm very confused with the filling fees because I did paid the new fees 1140 and 535 they accept the i-130 but they reject the rest with incomplete fees. How much is the complete fee you paid. Urgent pls

That is really amazing! Your PD is just about a month prior to ours so can only hope ours goes that quickly.

I think it's 1225. You need the biometrics fee of 85 too.
