February 2017 Submission - Concurrent (I130, I485, I765)

What office did you file through? Our case status has been ready for interview since April 10, 2017. We also haven't received any updates on the I-765, which is what we are most anxious about. Priority date I believe is February 21. We are in Portland, OR, so I'm assuming that is the field office that will do our interview. Thanks!

05/08 Case was Approves for employment authorization
05/09 Card was mailed to me

83rd Day, raised a SR today.

Today is the 83rd day which is pretty much close to the 90 days time period.Raised a SR for i-765, will see what they have too say.....Keep you guys updated with latest.

Hi jay, u may raise a SR if u think u shld, cuz after 75days you technically can request to expedite ur I-765.

Is it true that raising a SR will delay your EAD processing time???? Technically we can raise a SR after 75 days. I just got an update that an officer is assigned to process my i765 application. I131 Card is in production.

-01/27 - pocket was recieved by uscis.
-02/13 - recieved rejection notice due to incorrect payment(boimetrics payment was not included in the check)
-02/14 -send new check with the correct amount
-02/22 - got notice that "case was recieved"
-03/09- got notice for initial evidence.(birth -certificate of my wife and my ss# not on page 4 of i864.
-04/06-statud says"case is teady to be schedule for an interview.
-nothing after...
