Country quota

Hi all.
I am new to the forum. I would much appreciate your feedback.
My I 140 has been approved. I am preparing for I-485/ EB-2 and my COB is Kuwait.
I would like to know if in the 'rest of the world category' - is it further subdivided into different countries within this quota.

It is not further subdivided. However, your country of birth may not necessarily be the foreign state of chargeability INA202(b)
