  • Need Help! What else am I missing? Applying for spouse.

Hi, I'm about to file a petition to bring my wife from Bangladesh to USA. So far I have the following done.

    I-130
    I-864
    I-130a (from my wife)
    G-325a (for both of us)
    G-1145
My tax transcript for last 3 years
    copy of my naturalization cert.
    copy of my passport
    copy of wife's passport
    copy of her birth cert.
    two passport photos for each.
    $535 fee

Is there anything I'm missing, and also do I send everything together?

You can take out the I-864 and 3 years of tax returns, as they are for later when your spouse is at the consular processing (with National Visa Center after I-130 is approved).
For Spousal Petition, you will need to provide evidence of bona fide marriage (i.e., really marriage). Such evidence may include joint account and/or assets, photos taken together, receipts of trips together, and so on.
