i married a us citizen guy 2016 of january. we filled it febuary 2016, interview date was may 20,2016.the case is being review. today is march already 2017, my working permit will expire on april 17, i renewed my ead last month, question:

did u get your ead renewal before 120 days?
do i have the same situation here its almost 1 year we still dont have the result of my green card. and my husband and i are having difficulties now in our marriage, he moved out already, i have 3 kids in philippines. we filled tax last year. but now he dont want to coopperate he dont wana file tax, do i need to worry? when did you get your green card after interview?

You are talking about an AOS-based EAD (category C9)? As long as you applied for renewal before the EAD expired, the employment authorization is automatically extended for 180 days from the expiration date. So your current employment authorization should be fine until October.

Not really sure what you mean by "dont wana file tax". Do you mean he is filing as Married Filing Separately instead of Married Filing Jointly?
