PETITIONER : filing I-130, I-485 for my spouse F-1 - have non custodial child ?????
Hello i am a naturalized citizen filing for my wife adjustment of status. Her status is currently F-1.
On forms I-130, I-485 its practically finished but there are few tricky parts.
on form I-130
part4 wher it ask's (information about beneficiary's family( provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and children))
so i know the first spot is me
i do however have my son from my first marriage who i do not have custody of and they live out of state and i do pay child support
do i have to include him in here or can i leave it blank?
My current wife who is f-1 and I currently don't have any children.
