OPT to AOS>> Need Help!

Hello Everyone.

I entered US as F1 Student. right now I'm on my Initial OPT doing a job . My opt expires on june 2017. So me my fiance got engaged on December 2016 and getting married on April 2017. Can I apply for AOS after applying OPT extension. Does it conflict the AOS application?

Your OPT extension would probably be denied if you choose to file AOS (i.e., I-485).
Is your spouse a US citizen? If so, filing AOS should extend your legal stay and permit you to work (under EAD (c)(9)).
