Traveling on B2 after Marriage to US citizen

A friend of mine is getting married to a US citizen. They are planing to get married in Brazil. She is planing to travel to US right after the wedding using her B2 visa. I was told that it was risk since she has immigration intent but her soon to be husband thinks she won't have any problems and don't want to apply for her green card. Is possible/legal to entry the United States on a B2 after marrying a US citizen? Her fiancé also was married twice before and applied for his ex-wife residency as well. Would that be a problem??
