  • USCIS processing time March 2017

The USCIS processing time frame has been updates as of yesterday (3/8/17).

Finally happy that Houston field office moved up almost a complete month. Still got 2 more months to go, but it's closer now then ever before. Hope you all get closer to your interviews as welll.

    Best wishes.

Thanks for sharing the news. Gladly Atlanta finally moved almost a month forward, although they have already stuck in May 2016 for three months...

They are terribly slow still. If they can't do their job timely, can't they hire more people or can't they just hire people who can handle their job? I can't believe it. If in any corporate world anyone will be so behind, this person or group of people will lose their job(s) and will be replaced with much more motivated people who can handle the large workload and meet deadlines.

            Hey everyone,

Keep in mind the published dates are a reference only, there will be cases where people with a date prior to the published date will still not have their case approved and people that filed after the published date with approved GCs.
According to 3 immigration attorneys I spoke with the process is very complicated and full of chances for delay, in one specific "Horror story" the attorney told me one of her clients had the process assigned to a person that went on long term leave and nobody remembered to go get the cases that person had not finished.

Hang in there, we'll get it!
