I-485 concern

Hi there. Just want to ask how long should i wait for any update for my Adjustment of Status. The USCIS received our response for Request for Evidence Oct. 2016. Application was submitted June 2016 together with my Application for Employment Authorization (I-765). I called USCIS last month and they told me that my I-485 is still on process and asked me to give them 15 days for my I-765. But it's been a month and still haven't heard or receive anything from them like for biometrics appointment. Thanks

What service center is your application being processed?

What is your category (EB2, EB3 etc)?

When was your I-140 petition for green card approved? and did you expedite the petition?

Usually they should get your EAD/AP card within 60 to 90 days.

I am EB3 category. And my I-140 was approved in Oct. 10, 2016. I got my biometric appointment on Dec. 20 2016. And got my EAD/AP card on Feb 22, 2017.

I hope you hear some good news from them.

I-140? Sorry if it's confusing but i'm not working yet. Came here thru K-1 visa. Got married last April and applied for adjustment of Status and Employment authorization June 2016.
