Name change after submission of docx to uscis

I did a name change after I submitted my documents to USCIS...
I am no longer using my maiden name...

Should I explain this to the officer when I go for the interview because my name is already changed on my SSN and lisence...??
Would this cause delay in processing?

Any advice is appreciated..
