So my PD is the 27 of december I had my biometrics appointment on the 9th of february which was a snow storm day here in New York that is why the office was closed I went there for an early walk in and I got them done on the 10th of february a month after I get another notice of biometrics for the 7th of march I went there again and the office refused to do my biometrics again because to him mine was already done . I haven't heard anything from USCIS since then and I am wondering if anybody have been in this situation before and what should I do ?

Hey Emman, filing in New York is a very long wait time... I'm sorry....So many people in there from your area are waiting up to a year. Use your reciept number and enter it on the USCIS website. It'll show you the latest status, good luck -
Also don't worry about the second notice for biometrics...They are already in you file as done, the only thing you can do now is wait. But it's a good idea to check online to see if they sent something you haven't received. Also if your office is near you can make an info pass. It's basically an appointment to check the status but like I said if you check in here you will see that people in NY are waiting forever
