My PD is December 20, 2016, on February 7, I received a notice that mail was returned by post office as undelivered, I called USCIS they took the report , confirm address which is the same as where the mail was sent and gave me a confirmation #. Said should receive mail 15-30 days, if after 30 days I don't receive I should call back. I called after 15 days of no mail they say I have to wait until the 30 days, I called back on day 29, they say I still need to wait until day 30. After day 30 I called back, they say NO MAIL HAD BEEN SENT since the undelivered one, so now I have to re-submit the report of the returned mail with a new confirmation number and another 15-30 wait. Is there another option to this waiting ?
The I797 was sent to same address and delivered within a week ... No delivery issue there, so nothing is wrong with the address.
