Hi everyone.

I just received a request of evidence (it was missing my husband's tax returns). He's getting it ready and I know that in the meantime, my case is in paused.

However, do you know if it also affects my request for I131 (authorization of travel)?

I'm supposed to go visit my family at the end of april.

You won't get your Advance Parole (from form I-131) until the evidence request is satisfied.
