Name format for I-130?
Hello! 1st post here and hopefully someone will be able to help.
Is there a specific format to follow when providing names? (Example. FAMILY NAME, First Middle OR First Middle FAMILYNAME; do you have to capitalize the Family Name?)
Take for example Section B, Line 7 asks for Other Names used including maiden name. I'm unsure if I should put "MAIDEN SURNAME, First Middle" following the format on line 1 or is it safe to put "First Middle MAIDEN SURNAME"? Same goes for line B-11 for Spouse name and all other line items requesting for names.
Sorry to sound nitpicky but I want to be sure I'm putting the right things.
