  • How do I receive an email/SMS notification of my application?

    I've read some post/responses in this forum that some applicants have received email/sms notification about their cases.

    How do I register to get some notification via email and sms.

    Appreciate your help guys.

    You can to this page and create an account where you can enter your case #'s. You can then logon to your account and see the latest status for all your cases (you can add each case #).

    I believe you are supposed to get email and text notifications when the status on any of your cases is updated (I have not yet received any updates to my cases since I created my account so I have yet to see if that works).

      Thanks for the response. I have been doing that but unfortunately my receipt numbers are not being recognized by the system when I am trying to add on My Case. It has been almost 2 weeks and still not recognizing those RN's.

        Try again after a few days
        And to add in to the comment above, you have to check the Phone and Email alert then click YES for notifications to be sent to your phone and email. If you just create and account and log in, it wont do anything. You have to choose to be notified for each or all of the cases

          I just tried to add the receipt numbers again but still errors are showing.

          At least I already have a biometrics appointment for next week.
