This is my situation:
1. I need to apply for my EB1 asap (the reasons are fixed)
2. I want to be able to pick up my green card at my convenience (could be 6 months - 1 year)
I understand that if I get approved for my EB1, I can submit my I-485 at my convenience.
As I will be traveling heavily in the next 6 months, my lawyer suggested that I can go through consular processing (more info https://www.immihelp.com/adjustment-...mmigrant-visa/)
Will I enjoy the same flexibility of getting to decide when to file for my adjustment of status if I go through consular processing?
