EAD Out of normal wait

Hi, I applied I-485 and I-765 in early December, and the PD is 12/12/2016.

Today is the 93rd day since the PD, but my I-765 is still pending. Could you guys please give me some advice about what I could do about it?

So far, I have already request two service request on the 78th day and 91st day, and none of them got any feedback. Then I went to Infopass of my local office this morning, but they said they couldn't do anything about it, since the I-765 is handled by National Benefit Center.

For some reason, I am so desperately need the EAD now, but at this point, I just really don't know what else I could do...

Hi, SRE, thanks for your reply, but I think November 29, 2016 is as of January 31, 2017. Since it has already 43 days past since January 31, I would assume my EAD should be ready by any means...

That is the date they are currently processing... so they are processing cases with a PD of November 29‚ 2016 as of the last update.

If you look at the foot of the page it says Last Updated: March 14, 2017

You are right, but on the top of the table, there is also a line says "Field Office Processing Dates for National Benefits Center as of: January 31, 2017". So I assume it means as of Jan. 31, they are processing Nov. 29? Mar. 14 is the release day of the outdated processing dates?

I'm in similar situation , my pd is 14th December 2016 and after biometrics I've got nothing back.
I've put in a service request regarding ead so just waiting to hear something on that was told 15-30 days for a response for that 😭

I know. The waiting is killing me... Especially when there is nothing you could do about it...

BTW, I applied on 12/19/16 and I'm still waiting for the EAD card. My wife and children got the EAD card several weeks ago. I'm the only one waiting for it and I'm the main applicant.

Hope we could both get the EAD card soon. I found it really confused about USCIS' processing orders.

Our EAD renewal filing date is 12/28/2016 & are awaiting an update.

96th day, still haven't heard back anything... Just called customer service, and it's still pending... this is so frustrating...
