NY filer here! Trying to get info.

Hey everyone first off I want to say thank you to you all I have learned a lot on this forum.

I am from Westchester, New York and I have a few question?
How do I know where my local office is? The place where my interview will take place?
Second base on my timeline below shouldn't I be scheduled for an interview by now?
Or does it means my case is push behind because of how long it took to respond to rfe.
Any help appreciated.

Married July 6, 2014
PD- August 29, 2016 ( waited two years for multiple reasons)
Bio metric notice- September 19, 2016
Rfe online update- September 27,2016 (need a sponsor)
Bio appointment- October 4,2016
Response to rfe received- December 6, 2016
EAD/AP mailed- feb 8, 2016
EAD/AP received - feb 11, 2016
Interview date???

I-485 status:

On December 6, 2016, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx.
Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again.
We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

The field office that handles cases in WC is NY,NY see chart I U/L
I also U/L processing chart for cases that are being processed.
Keep in mind that due to the RFE your case stops processing while under review and starts up again when you respond to the RFE

thank you! I am wondering if they pause the cause but after receiving the response it just picks up back or is it behind case that came after my PD date? Not sure how it works or what f I explained clearly what I am asking.
