Birth Certificate Quert
We are applying for GC. My wife is the primary applicant. Her Birth Certificate does not have her name on it. She has her School certificate which mentions the DOB and her father's name. We are planing to submit affidavits from her father and mother as secondary evidence along with the school certificate and her baptism certificate. However while they are based in India, her parents are currently visiting their other daughter in Australia. Will it be okay if they do a notary attestation of the affidavit in Australia? Or do they have to get it done in India on a stamp paper?
