Hello guys is anyone here for the Miami FL Kendall FL. Area. This offices seemed to tale long to que an interview.


I-130 PD 6-15-16 received
I-485 PD 8/23/16 ready to scheduled an interview since October 13, 2016.

Anyone getting interviews down here?

Nothing with us either,

PD Sept 06, 2016.... not even a notice of interview to be scheduled yet.

Seems like South Florida is the slowest

Well some people are lucky, while others not so much. Definitely need some patience throughout the process, not just the interview step. Me and my wife (Chicago Filers) are still waiting since January 7, 2016 for a response to our interview. We filed in August 28, 2015 and we still don't know what's going on.

Do a SR it's been way over a year call the customer service or make a appt to the Newark office www.uscis.gov/info pass take your documents with you.

States that have alot of fliers will take long you have another 5 to 6 mos to go. If you have work permits please remember to renew 120 days before it expires it takes 90ddays to process so they advice ppl to renew by that time around 9 to early 10mos mark.
