    Apply for I-485 separate from I-130

    Hello,

    I want to send the Documents for I-485 but we already send for the petition I-130 and still did not get the approval . Is it better to wait for approval and after that send the rest or can I just send them now and its going to be faster ? Please help me with an advice .

        You can file I-485 now, along with the I-130 receipt.
