Hi Guys,

Appreciate everyone's help here!! I'd like to update myself's status, hope this will help others too. B1/B2 visa adjusting to GC status. (Married with US citizen)

1/24/17 I-130,I-485, I-131, I-765 received by Chicago USCIS
2/7/17 Received USCIS receipt by mail (4 envelopes)
2/9/17 Received NBC Biometric notification for 2/21
2/14/17 Walked in Charlotte, NC. Done Bio Process.

Still waiting, no updates on USCIS website, wonder if any other applicants filed on the similar dates. I have planned wedding overseas in end of June '17. Worried if everything is taking EXTRA longer right now. Can't wait to receive or at least hear any updates for AP. So stressed out and has already postpone other trip plans due to this unknown time frame....

What's there to be stressed out. The time frame is never known for anything USCIS. You shouldn't have made travel plans to begin with. Make your plans after you receive your advanced parole. In-fact in your situation i wouldn't even travel with a valid advanced parole(other's might differ but personally i wouldnt even apply for an advanced parole). B1/B2 status adjusting my marriage to US Citizen. Just bite the bullet get the GC and then travel.

Have you ever made InfoPass appointment in Charlotte?

It's been 60days since my PD, online status hasn't changed at all.. nothing you can do but waiting, can't plan anything ahead..

I received my EAD Aug 5,2016 exactly 90 days. I've done a Service request because my case is out of processing time.

I came to US on F1 visa and married here. My wife in US Citizen and she filed for my immigration. Here is the progress of my case;

Filed I-130: 26th Sept 2016
Filed AOS (I 485,I 756, I 131): 25th Jan 2017
Called for biometrics" 24th Feb 2017
Request for initial evidence (I 864, tax return of me and my spouse): 15th Feb 2017
Submitted remaining documents: 27th March 2017
USCIS received documents: 30th March 2017

No update till now. They said they won't work on my case until i submit initial evidences to them. Now the status is changed and they are working on my case. All I am concerned is my I-130 is still pending. The only update I have is they have transferred my case to another office on 15th Feb 2016 because of heavy work load. Till then, no update till yet.

I think you shouuld be fine. Right now, it takes about 4 months to get update for the EAD/AP, then 2-4 wks for the card production/mail. You should have plenty of time.

We filled I-485,I-131 and I-765 in early January 2017 (PD 1/10/2017)
My -I-485 is ready to schedule for an interview , but no update on I-765. It's been more than 75 days. In fact it will be 90 days in April 10th 2017.
Any one else experiencing delays? My STEM OPT card expires in June 2017. I am getting really nervous.

You have some time yet. I am a december filer, PD 12/21 and no word yet. If you check the "december filer" thread you'll notice that the people with dates around the end of december are just starting to get updates on their EAD.
