It been more than 70 days i sent in documents after USCIS sent me RFE, but since gotten no further reply..what should i do?

Same here and mine has been 99 days. Called uscis on Thursday asked to speak to level two officer but apparently their system was under maintenance so she could not transfer me. So I called back Friday got a rude lady who refused to transfer me. She said I had a work permit and advanced parole already so I should just wait. Really I all I wanted to know was if the sponser was accepted. But she also told me that my local office (New York City) was really backed up so the response to my rfe may also take longer because of their back log.
