Please help dismissed misdemeanor case and AOS

Hi,

I was arrested in 1989 on a misdemeanor case for soliciting a prostitute. I was fingerprinted and photographed. But DA's office called me next day and said there was no evidence. The case did not go to court and was dismissed. I received a letter to that effect.

Please help.

Dont lie

Just explain your self to them like u just did on the site there was no evidence plus plead ua case as in u did not do it & thats why there is nothing to prove.Dont flat out lie coz if they find out for themselves what do u think they will think?????
