The interview was not approve in the spot

Hello!
I had my interview yesterday. It was quite short interview she just ask yes no questions, my name, how we met, how proposed, where married. But after interview she didn't approve our case. It is normal? How long it takes to approve case?

Did she even say your denied? Maybe ur approve , let's wait for the final letter or update that says so! Cheer up

Did you check the USCIS website for your case status?

I had my interview today in the morning and I didn't get my approval on the spot cause my interview officer said he need more time to review my case and I was worried. However, in the afternoon, I checked the USCIS website for my case status and it said "New Card Is Being Produced....... On March 22, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, give us your new mailing address."

So I guess they approved my case?!
