Have anyone of December filers ( 19-30th Dec 2016 ) got EAD card approval ?
My PD is Dec 20, 2016
Did my biometrics on Feb 8th, 2017
I-485 still with status " Fingerprints fees received"
No update on I-765

Kindly share your cases update.

I'm a December filer and my dates are similar to yours.
My PD is Dec 27/2016
Did my biometrics on Feb 07/2017
I-485 and I-765 status have not changed since January.
I'm still waiting anxiously and with frustration for EAD.
Please let me know if there is any update on your side.

-Residing in Northern VA, with request for USCIS Field Office at Fairfax VA
-All forms filed concurrently as Original Submission (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) to USCIS Chicago
-All fees paid concurrently as Certified Bank Checks (I-130, I-485, and I-485 Biometrics Fee)
-All photos included (8 Alien Spouse Beneficiary, 2 US Citizen Petitioner)

My understanding is that USCIS has a significant backlog of applications from December due to a rush to get applications into the system before the increased fees went into effect on 2016/12/23.

Not really! I'm ok the same boat too! My PD is 12/02/2016... got a a RFE on january...responded on February. Ok April 7th my i485 changed to ready to schedule an interview... As fast as the EAD still says "case was received on 12/02/2016"

My husband's application was filed at the end of December. Worth auth received, biometrics done, website still lists fingerprint fee was received over 60 days after the RFE was received by USCIS.

I got my interview date!!

This forum was very helpful so I thought I would update you guys, My filing date is dec 16th 2016 and I received yesterday my interview date for sept. 20th. I sent my documents to the Chicago field office and I'm in California.
