Medical exam the day before AOS interview?

I've been abroad for a couple of weeks, basically ever since my Advance Parole was approved. However, I have since been given a date for my AOS interview. It is on a Tuesday, I arrive back in the US on the Saturday before. I have not yet done my medical - I did receive a notice saying since I had not submitted it with my original application, I should wait for the Interview to be scheduled before doing a medical.

My question is, if I schedule the medical for the Monday, would I get the sealed package on that day so that I can submit it the following day at the Interview?

I very much doubt that because the medical examination includes taking a sample of your blood and urine, plus PPD exam to test for presence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens; all of that is done in the first visit. Two days later you have to go get your PPD read and you get to speak with the Civil Surgeon; by that time the lab results are in and, if your PPD is negative and everything else is in order, you'll get your sealed envelope. The process will take longer if you come back with a positive PPD, because you'll need to have chest X-rays done.
