My Priority Date is December 23, 2016

December 21, 2016 - Packet sent to Chicago
December 23, 2016 - Packet received as per FedEx
January 11, 2017 - Received Notification of Acceptance - Text & Email
January 21, 2017 - Received I-797C for I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765
January 27, 2017 - Received I-797C for Biometrics Schedule
February 8, 2017 - Biometrics Done

-no update ever since they received the application, not even approval of EAD/AP nor scheduled to be interview nor RFE or RFI-

Today marked as 90th day. What should I do now?

Me. My PD is Sept 27th though and I've already got my EAD.
If it's past 90 days after your biometrics already, give them a call. Mine came on the 75th day (the processing time is 75- 90 days)

As far as I know, counting starts is when they received your application. (the date on the receipt number)

MtnDew you're correct, the 90 days is from received date.

So I called USCIS and asked for Service Request because it's almost 90days.

And I talked to a nice lady. She is really patient. (like you know, applicants are from foreign countries. The last names are hard to spell sometimes and the pronunciation of words).

She asked for my information and gave me a confirmation number at the end, and I should hear from them for another 30days again?! (I hope not, some of the threads i read is they got update the same night after they made a service request during the day.)
