I-485/e- Notification (G-1145)

I send my I-485 about three weeks ago with G-1145, how long do I have to wait for them to confirm they got application(s)?

.....and is it just me or USCIS website is kind of slow at updating their statues ??? I know they used to be more efficient with their updates but now it seems like a big mess. Just wondering.
