My I-131 has also been approved! Honestly this whole process is so ridiculous, when I called on day 76 to raise a SR they denied it, but I called last night at 5.30pm and got it approved today at 10.15am. It is literally a click approval process

Thats a great news! and hopefully your AP too.
Anyways, Did you also raised an SR with your EAD exactly on your 75 days? How many times are we allow to raise an SR?
Im planning to raise an SR.
Im getting anxious now! My case hasn't change yet.

          Thanks.

Does anybody know if there's a difference of filing a SR via phone or online as e-request?

I filed my SR today (via online) my biometrics where done on 4/21, then on 04/28 case was ready to be schedule for interview and then nothing. I did SR in hopes that they will look at my case and see that nothing has change for over month, even I-765 is on stand still since 4/20/2017. Maybe that will give my case a little kick forward.

Hey msami10--- Our PD's are just close, but I am still waiting the 75 days mark before making an SR.
If you are more than 75 days, you should raise an SR. For sure, our members here will give you an instructions on how to. Keep us posted...

I just tried to file a service request there (PD 3/23) for my I-131 and after filling everything out and hitting submit I got redirected to another page stating that my case is in normal processing times and that they want create a request.

I always thought that you can file a SR when it's over 75 days (76 in my case) but they probably changed it to 90 now.

You can raise a SR after day 75 on the phone and got an email saying that I was within normal processing times... I called again last week (before day 90) and was told I couldn't raise another SR for 30 days after the intial SR...but I was able to raise a SR on day 91. So definitely call and raise the request.
