Should I renew my EAD?

Need some advice here.
I had my interview on 2/28/2018. Still waiting for a decision (the status still is "Interview is scheduled") My EAD is expiring in July. Should I file a EAD renewal application? Anyone had experience with renewing EAD? How long it probably will take?

Yes you should fil to renew your EAD because there is no telling when you will get you interview. It is free with pending i-485 so it will only cost you 30 minutes, 2 passport size pictures and posatge stamp.

Go to this website: https://www.uscis.gov/tools , click on " Create an online account" (it's free but, very secured) once you will create an account click on "Add a paper -field case" ... type in your MSC YYYY XX and you will get more detailed/update it overview on your case.

...and yes you should renew your EAD.

Thanks! I guess I should start working on renewing it. I checked this website. It still shows "interview scheduled". I guess they are truly still processing it and no decision is made yet.

Congratulations, Agata! For me it took exactly 10 days after the interview to hold the green card in my hands. The lady that interviewed us also said it can take 4-6 weeks. So fingers crossed for you :-)

Still waiting. No update. At the interview, my interviewer handed me a piece of paper in the end, saying we are holding your case for further review.
I guess that's why there is no updates online.

I am still waiting for gc. The officer told me it was approved after the interview. But no updates on websites. He said within 30 days though. Longest 30 days ever

I'm still yet to hear anything. Filed 2nd March '17, and having heard anything since my biotmetrics (early April '17)
I filed an inquiry online a couple weeks back, and they just said I'm still in the queue to be processed. I continue to wait..

Ah sorry, forgot about those. They were filed in parallel and approved fairly shortly after (couple months?).

My PD is March 20th, so hopefully, we will hear something soon.

So, got a reply on my SR today saying that My case Pending because of the Background check, So once they Receive the background check they will schedule me for the interview.
