Hello all, I have been scheduled for interview here in Orlando and have questions in regards to the 797c:
I am required to bring an affadavit of support even tho I used a waiver as I have 30 years of proven income, may I use the I-864EZ? (It requires not notary) ???
Since I'm married to my bride for over 30+years and we have a 30 year old son born here in the US, the 797c asks me to bring his birth certificate?
I am also asked to bring documentation establishing my eligability for lawful permanent residence?
Any help is appreciated.
