  • interview scheduled / medical exams / Florida

    Hi Everyone,

I finally got my interview scheduled for next month. =)

I'm just concerned about my medical exams, because I did it a year ago. By the interview data it is going to be 11 months old already.

I would like to know if anyone know if I should do new exams or last than a year is ok?

    Thanks
    =)

Congrats on having another step forward in your journey! By the way, I am from Florida too

I think your medical exam would be just fine! It's valid for 1 year from the time of submission and you said it will only be 11 months old when you have your interview. But, let's see what the other filers might say.

Congrats! Based on what people have told us, the medical exam just needs to be valid (less than one year from the interview date). I also think you shouldn't have a problem. If you are worried, maybe make an INFOPASS appointment before the interview date to speak with an IO and make sure it will be ok.

If I can ask, what is your Priority Date? When did you file? We are Florida filers as well so would be interesting to see your timeline.

      Congrats again and good luck!

Sorry, I didn't answer earlier it because I didn't get any notification =/

Thank you so much for your help.

Actually my interview will be on May 05/2017 and I did my exams on April/2016.
But my priority Date is May 11,2016.

So should I pay and do the exams again?

        I'm so confused
        =(

I filed on Broward but I moved to Palm Beach so my case had a delay!!!
