(I-797 for 4 out 6 forms)

Hi folks,

I submitted a package with the following forms concurrently (I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864 and I-693)

I received the I-797 over e-mail and mail from the Forms: I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765.

and did not receive anything from I-864 (affidavit of support) and I-693 (medical).

Does that mean that they did not accept the forms? The I-693 was filled out by my doctor and I did not open it.

And the I-864 was filled out by my husband, he got a real job this year and will make over $25.000, but his 2014 and 2015 tax returns do not reflect his earnings being above $12,000/year. He hasn't filed his 2016 tax return yet which is why we didn't send it in with the other returns.

No. The only applications you submitted were I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131. Forms that are included as part of another form's requirements are not separate applications by themselves.
