Just wonder if anyone here (Miami) fillers have any updates for our local office?

My day is getting stressing now.


I entered in USA with a K1 visa.

PD: august 8 2016
Biometric: done
EAD was denied because I sent the application while my status is expired (my husband was out of the USA he is in army and then I could not get some papers at short time), but I did marry within the 90 days.
I had an issued sponsor, and sent them more evidence for my sponsor support on December 2016, when I checked my status online they said they received my evidence on December 28 2016 they will start processing on my case I called USCIS immediately they said that I will receive a respond after 60 days ( 30 days from now) which was February 28 2017, I called USCIS one week ago they told me to keep waiting.
Any case similar ??

Should I be worried? I have not been sleeping well and lost appetite.

Not sure what you mean by "EAD was denied because I sent the application while my status is expired". You should have applied for an EAD, for free, on the basis of a pending AOS application (category C9), and it has nothing to do with your status. I hope you didn't apply for an EAD on the basis of K-1 status (category A6) because that is a huge waste of money for an EAD that will pretty much expire right when you get it.

It was denied since November 22 2016, can fill another I-765 with the (category C9 now) or what can I do now?

yes you should file using the c9 code and make sure you follow the instructions carefully this time. its free to file so why not try it.

Ok, Should I send the new I-765 with the old one and the letter that was denied "AMENDED Category", or just send the new one with a copy of the I-485 receipt??
