Concurrently Filing i-130 and i-1485
Hello i am New here and i need some help, i recently got married to an Algerian who came here on a B2 it was his second trip and we were friends for a long time but this time around things changed and we got married Feb 4th 2017. His visa is still valid till May 12th 2017 but we want to file for AOS Asap he is already in the US and we have been living Husband and wife since we got married. i live in Oregon Btw.
my question is to any one who has recently filed for AOS what are the steps and fees, basically everything in the process of filing i-130 and i-1485 together or if we file them separately and also the fees separately and together would be appreciated because im at a loss of what to do and what to file first or how to file concurrently
