what are the required documents/items for interview ?

I just got my biometrics done. 30.03.2017
have gone through threads extensively and yet to get much info.
Someone mentioned medicals, what is that? I already did all required tests via medical consultants here in the states which I submitted witj my forms .am I requires to perform another one?.
Drivers licence, How do I get that as I am yet to receive My EAD, what if my interview date is scheduled before I get my EAD ? What should be done as I have no drivers licence?
For the pictures can I just go with an electronic album that has all our pictures in it , will that suffice?
Husbands credit card not functional because of his decision not to have one but saw somewhere on a thread here where someone said his wife signed him under hers.what do I do in my case?
Tips on questions asked at the office.
And finally all other documents required as I didn't really find that in threads.

I guess the required documents that you should carry with you to show are bonafides of a real marriage, like combined tax return transcripts, leases, joint bank statments, health insurance/vehicle insurance cards, tickets of trips taken together, pictures..basically anything that will prove that a real marriage exists.
