What will happen to my TPS status if I485 (family based) get denied?
My spouse applied for my greencard and I485 is still pending. I have approved TPS. I was wondering, what will happen to my TPS status if I485 get denied (Hoping for best but just preparing for the worst). I am using EAD from I485. Will denied I485 affect TPS? USCIS will send you into immigration court (removal) proceedings? Will I be able to stay in USA with TPS and apply for EAD from TPS?
