I received a pink letter for a Request for Initial Evidence (I-485).
I am the beneficiary. My husband's income did not meet the poverty guideline so I used assets to supplement the income, but I think I made an error and it was still not enough. So my husband's mom will be the joint sponsor.
Is it correct that I will need to send 2 x I-864 forms (one filled by my spouse and one filled by my joint sponsor)?
Also, seeing that I used our assets (and since I filed the forms, some of the bank balance numbers have changed), should I use the current bank balance figures? Or the ones that I used in the original I-864 that I filed?
Any help would be kindly appreciated.
